This coupled with an excellent network of contacts with agents and brokers across the UK has been an instrumental factor in the successful growth and development of Ventia's serviced office portfolio. Aside from work, Dan is a keen movie buff and also has a rather worrying passion for fast cars!
Steve Baker
Steve is a veteran of the serviced office sector, with over 10 years experience in a range of senior positions. He has used this experience to effectively manage and deliver appropriate strategy for Ventia's property, financial and commercial requirements during the rapid expansion of the business. Steve is also involved in a number of other organisations in the services, leisure and social enterprise sector as investor and non exec Director. Away from the office, Steve takes any opportunity to get out on his new surf board, and to spend time with his wife and kids.
