Ventia expands its South Kensington Business Centre.
Ventia are pleased to announce the opening of an additional floor at Glen House. Ventia currently operates 4000 sqft on behalf of the owners, Tokara Property Holdings Limited. Following on from the success of getting the 2nd floor to 100% occupancy Tokara have provided Ventia with a further 4000 sqft of space on the 3rd floor.
Following a comprehensive refurbishment to the 3rd floor Tom Gaydon Commercial Manager for Glen House says “ We are excited to have the opportunity for more serviced office space at Glen House as we continue to see a high demand from small to medium businesses requiring offices in this area. Our prominent position in the area coupled with reasonably priced solutions has allowed us to open the doors to the 3rd floor 33% let from day one”
