Ventia Central London portfolio expands with a new fully serviced business centre in Midtown
Introducing Furnival Street:
Ventia Ltd has added to its growing portfolio of serviced offices in London, Bristol and the Thames Valley with a new site in the London’s Midtown area.
The new business centre is a JV between Ventia and Arcadis the international management and engineering consultancy. The new centre is located on Furnival Street, which is just off of High Holborn and runs through to Chancery Lane. The building offers a blend of both period and contemporary features starting from the grand fully managed reception on the ground floor leading through to the classic features of the buildings interior. The area is also serviced with excellent transport links with Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations within a short walk.

Comments from Arcadis Managing Director:
Commenting on the deal Arcadis Managing Director Stephen Didcott said, “It is important for us to be able to keep our office space fully utilised, and retain flexibility. We’re delighted to be working with Ventia to achieve this.”
Strong presence in key areas of London:
Ventia are now in the process of conducting a comprehensive refurbishment programme, with a completion date of the 18th March for a full launch of the centre. Once refurbished the business centre will provide fully furnished unbranded serviced offices and the latest in IT and telecoms in a prime central London location. The building benefits from great natural light and offers a variety of suite sizes, so clients will be able to choose an office that fits the bespoke needs of their business. Clients will also benefit from our onsite team, who are able to act as company receptionist taking calls for you.
“As the Ventia portfolio has continued to grow we have been targeting key areas with proven high demand for our product, and Midtown has been at the top of this list” says Daniel Wheble, Director at Ventia. “Combining this with our exisiting sites in Mayfair, South Kensington and Liverpool Street, gives us a stronger presence in the key areas of Central London.”
Superb high specification offices:
Bond Woodhouse advised Ventia, NB Real Estate advised landlord Arcadis.
Talking about Ventia’s decision to take on space in Midtown, Andrew Guntrip of Bond Woodhouse said, “10 Furnival Street offers occupiers superb high specification offices very close to Chancery Lane Underground Station and other local amenities, and this is all available at an extremely competitive price.”

Finding Ventia meant we have been able to concentrate on growing our business, knowing that our offices and the infrastructure were something that we didn't need to concern ourselves with at all. We have also found benefits of working in a Ventia environment over and above that we expected - with a good number of customers coming through the other companies in our officeMark Bower, Managing Director, Money Maximiser
Ventia's Mayfair CSE Kam is always massively helpful, polite, and charming. On the odd occasions when she hasn’t had the answers or knowledge, she is always patient and prioritises finding a solution for me, keeping me in the loop so I am assured it is being dealt with.Leah Wood, Office Manager, Forte Energy
