We've just added our tenth location to our fast-growing portfolio of serviced offices in London, Bristol and the Thames Valley, with a new business centre in the heart of London’s financial and insurance district.
Cutlers Court Business Centre is located on the corner of Houndsditch and Cutler Street and next to Devonshire Square. The property is situated within close proximity to Lloyd’s of London and Broadgate and benefits from excellent access to public transport including Liverpool Street, Aldgate and Fenchurch Street station. The area is a popular destination for finance and insurance companies so anyone connected to this sector will benefit from this proximity and the great office space available here.
We have been looking for the right opportunity to expand into this area, as the City office market is rebounding strongly from the challenges it has faced over the past few years from the economic climate. Clients will also benefit from our onsite team, who are able to act as company receptionist taking calls when you are in and out, handle mail and faxes and anything else that they may need assistance with. Meeting and board rooms which can accommodate 2 – 20 people are also available upon request, and offer a full catering service and audio visual equipment.
