Ventia Limited has added to its growing portfolio of serviced offices in London, Bristol and the Thames Valley with a new central London business centre in the heart of The City of London
The launch of Princess House in the City of London continues on from the company’s recent opening in Covent Garden and is the 14th business centre to be added to the Ventia portfolio.
The new business centre is located less than 200 metres from Cannon Street station on Cannon Street in the heart of the City of London, and within walking distance of Bank, Monument, Fenchurch Street and London Bridge. The location of Princess House is in a prime position for easy access to all areas of London. Excellent travel links are close by with a choice of Underground and mainline stations all within a short walking distance.
Princess House comprises of a single floor with a number of offices located off a central corridor. All the offices boast lots of natural light and good views over the City of London. There is a dedicated reception area and meeting room operated by Ventia. Whilst being located in a popular and bustling area of London the inside of the centre offers quiet working conditions in a smart and modern environment. The building is Cat.5e cabled throughout and featuring the latest communication infrastructure.
